We are attended the 8th AKADEMEK Congress held in Zonguldak Ereğli.

Students and Research Assistant Olcay POYRAZ attended the 8th AKADEMEK Student Congress, organized in cooperation with Bursa Uludağ University and Turkish Metal Union, with the participation of students from the Departments of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in Türkiye "The Effect of Safety Climate on the Use of Personal Protective Equipment: A Research on Dock Workers". They contributed to the congress with their presentations titled "The Role of Reverse Migration in Sustainable Rural Development" and "Increasing Agricultural Productivity in Balıkesir, which is a province that feeds Turkey". We congratulate our students Zeynep Karatop, Semiha Aydoğdu, Betül Kocatürk, Emre Uşak, Esra Esin Çevik and Müge İnal for their success.
