Organizational Behavior

The aim of Department of Organizational Behavior is defining the basic concepts related to organizational behavior, interpreting employee behavior within the organization, analyzing the effects of organizational structures in the working life on individual and group behaviors, and revealing views on the subject.
Academic education is given about the main challenges for organizational behavior, development of organizational behavior, relations with other disciplines, change in information and communication technologies, changing business and employee relations, change in social and cultural environment, development of global environment, motivation and job satisfaction, perception, diversity management, learning and creativity, conflict and solution methods, stress management and ways of coping, individual differences, personality and ability, values and attitudes, mood and emotions, organizational design and structure, organizational culture and ethical behavior, organizational change and development, nature of the business group and team, leadership, power, policy, negotiation, effective communication, and decision making and organizational learning in organizations.
