Passing Score

60 Points and Above

Important Eligibility Notice: This exam is intended for newly registered students who wish to be exempt from the compulsory courses Foreign Language I (English) and Foreign Language II (English). Only newly enrolled students of the 2026-2027 Academic Year are eligible to participate.

Exemption Requirement: Students scoring 60 points or above will be exempt from the compulsory Foreign Language (5/i) courses and will not be required to take them during the academic term.

Faculty Session & Location: The exam for our faculty's departments will be held on September 24, 2026, at 14:00 face-to-face in the assigned classrooms at the Main Campus.

Excluded Degree Programs: Students enrolled in the B.A. in Economics (English) program are not eligible to take this statutory 5/i exemption exam (These students are subject to the English Preparatory Proficiency / Placement Exam administered by the School of Foreign Languages).

Session Details: The exemption exam will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 14:00 across all designated faculty exam rooms.

Room Allocation Lists: Classroom distribution and desk allocation lists will be announced on our official website and bulletin boards following the application deadline.

Application Deadline: The online registration form will remain active from September 7 to September 17, 2026. The system will be permanently closed on September 17, 2026, at 17:00. Late submissions will not be processed under any circumstances.
