Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences - 2026-2027 Fall Semester Course Registration Guide

Undergraduate Students Enrolled in 2020-2021 and Thereafter:

• Starting from the end of the second semester, students whose Cumulative GPA (CGPA) falls below 1.80 at the end of any term may enroll in a maximum of 30 ECTS credits in the following semester.
• Students whose CGPA is 1.80 or higher at the end of any semester can enroll in a maximum of 45 ECTS credits in the subsequent semester.

Undergraduate Students Enrolled in 2019-2020 and Earlier:

• Starting from the end of the second semester, students whose CGPA is below 1.80 at the end of any term can register for up to 24 national credits in the subsequent semester.
• Students whose CGPA is 1.80 or higher at the end of any semester may register for up to 30 national credits in the following semester.

Grade Improvement Regulations (2016 Cohort and Later): Students enrolled in 2016 and subsequent years cannot repeat previously passed courses purely to boost grades. However, students who have completed all degree courses but cannot graduate due to a CGPA below 2.00 may repeat passed courses within credit caps to meet graduation criteria. (Students registered in 2015 and earlier may repeat passed courses within credit limits for grade improvement.)

Courses from Upper Semesters (2016 Cohort and Later): From the 5th semester onward, undergraduate students who have passed all previous curriculum courses and possess a CGPA of 3.00 or higher may take courses from an upper semester, subject to their advisor's consent and maximum credit/ECTS limits.

Students Required to Pay Fees: Evening education (second education) students, dual-degree regular students pursuing a second university, students exceeding normal study duration (4 years / 8 semesters), and international students must pay semester tuition/contribution fees.

Payment Channels and Bank Information: All payments must be deposited via T. Halk Bankası branches, ATMs, or Halkbank Online/Mobile Banking systems using the applicant's Student ID Number.

Preparatory Class Students: Evening education students, second-university students, or those who could not complete language prep within the regular timeframe at the School of Foreign Languages must also settle fees within the same window via Halkbank.
