Congratulations: We congratulate our students who have been admitted to our university based on the 2026 YKS placement results and wish them success in their academic lives.

Enrollment Dates: Candidates may complete their final enrollment online via the e-Devlet portal (turkiye.gov.tr) between August 24 – August 26, 2026.

Exemption from In-Person Visit: Students who enroll via e-Devlet do not need to visit the University in person. It is mandatory to download and retain the barcoded electronic enrollment document generated at the end of the process.

Exempt Programs: Programs with special requirements (Maritime Faculty Ship Machinery Operation Eng., Maritime Transportation Management Eng., Maritime VOC School Underwater Technology, Bandırma VOC School Correctional Services, and Manyas VOC School Private Security) cannot enroll via e-Devlet; students in these programs must apply in person.

Data Transfer: Data synchronization between e-Devlet and the University Information Management System (ÜBYS) may take approximately one hour. We recommend checking your enrollment status some time after the transaction.
To check the status of your enrollment made via e-Devlet and verify it in the University Information Management System (ÜBYS):
In-Person Enrollment Period: Candidates who do not/cannot enroll via e-Devlet and candidates whose high school graduation status is not available in the e-Enrollment system must apply in person between August 24 – August 28, 2026, during business hours.

Mandatory In-Person Application: Candidates admitted to the following programs must apply in person between August 24 – August 28, 2026, at the relevant Faculty/VOC School with the specified health and qualification documents.

Maritime Faculty (Ship Machinery Eng. / Maritime Transportation Eng.): Must satisfy the Seafarers and Pilots Regulation requirements and submit the "Seafarer's Health Report" and "Seafarer's Medical Examination Certificate" approved by the Directorate General of Health for Coastal Safety.

Maritime VOC School (Underwater Tech.): Must fully satisfy the Qualification Training Standards and Health Rules defined in the Professional Divers Regulation.

Bandırma VOC School (Correctional Services): Must not have completed age 30 as of the exam date; men must be at least 170 cm tall, women at least 160 cm tall; the difference between the weight and the last two digits of height must not be more than 13 or less than 17 (Official height-weight measurement report required).

Manyas VOC School (Private Security & Protection): Must satisfy the conditions stipulated in Private Security Services Law No. 5188 (Art 10/d, f) and the relevant Regulation (Art 18).
Important Process: Students who have completed their final enrollment (e-Devlet or in-person) must also complete their course registration process to start attending classes.

Contribution / Tuition Fee
Students with a concurrent enrollment in another university pay via Halkbank (ATM, Branch, Internet Banking).
