Notice for Students Admitted via 2026 DGS: We congratulate all students who have earned placement at our University through the 2026 Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) and wish them success. Important instructions regarding electronic and in-person registration are detailed below.

Electronic Registration via E-Government (e-Devlet): Admitted candidates may finalize their official registration via the e-Devlet portal between September 14 – 16, 2026 (until 23:59) using their e-Devlet credentials. (Students admitted to the Maritime Faculty Marine Engineering Department are excluded.)

In-Person Registration (Central Student Affairs): Candidates unable to complete electronic registration or those who had not yet officially graduated when applying to ÖSYM must complete their registration in person between September 14 – 18, 2026 during official working hours at the Central Student Affairs Department.

Course Exemption & Credit Transfer: Following registration, students must submit their certified transcripts and course syllabi from their completed associate degree program to their respective Dean's Office within 2 (two) weeks of the registration date. Late exemption requests will not be considered.

Tuition / Contribution Fee Payment: Students required to pay tuition fees must complete their payments between September 14 – 20, 2026 through any Halkbank branch, ATM, or internet banking application using their student ID numbers.

Course Enrollment via UBYS: Newly registered students must log in to the University Information Management System (UBYS) between September 14 – 20, 2026 to finalize course selections. Login credentials will be sent via SMS upon registration, or users may sign in via e-Devlet.
Notice for Maritime Faculty Students: Students placed in the Faculty of Maritime Studies Marine Engineering Department cannot register electronically via e-Devlet due to statutory health prerequisites and must register in person with the required medical documentation.

Statutory & Health Regulations: Candidates must satisfy all statutory conditions regarding enrollment, health qualifications, and admission pursuant to the Seafarers and Pilot Captains Regulation and the Seafarers Training and Examination Directive.

Medical Certificate & Verification Endorsement: Students must obtain a "Fit for Sea Service" (Gemi Adamı Olur) Medical Report under the Seafarers Health Directive, have it endorsed by an authorized Health Inspection Center, and submit the resulting Seafarer Health Inspection Certificate during in-person registration.
Central Student Affairs Location: In-person registrations will be processed at the Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Central Student Affairs Department (Rectorate Building, Central Campus) during business hours.
