Important: Fall Semester Integrated Master's program applications will open on July 24, 2026, at 17:00 and close on August 24, 2026, at 23:59.

Fall Semester quota interviews will take place between August 25 and 27, 2026. Applicants applying to the Integrated Master's program are required to attend the interview.
Evaluation results will be announced on August 28, 2026, after 17:00. Final registration procedures will be conducted between August 31 and September 4, 2026.

Applicants must complete and save their application form in the system. Once saved, the application will be submitted automatically.
Submitted applications will be reviewed by the respective Department Heads. If no errors or missing information are found, the application will be approved. Saving the application in the system does not mean it has been approved.

If any errors or missing documents are detected during the review, the application will be rejected, and an email notification will be sent to the candidate.
It is crucial for applicants to regularly check their email accounts during this process, including spam/junk folders.
Candidates whose applications are rejected can update and resubmit their applications within the official application period according to the instructions in the email.

Approved candidates will receive an email notification regarding the interview details. Applicants must keep track of their emails regularly throughout this period.

All required documents listed below must be uploaded to the system completely during application. Applications submitted with missing documents will not be processed.

For Turkish Citizen Candidates
- Identity Document — Front and back sides in a single PDF format
- Bachelor's Graduation Certificate obtained via e-Devlet
- Bachelor's Official Transcript obtained via e-Devlet
- Criminal Record Certificate obtained via e-Devlet
- Military Status Certificate obtained via e-Devlet or Military Service Branch (for male applicants)
- ALES Result Certificate obtained via ÖSYM
- Barcoded Foreign Language Exam Result Certificate
For International Candidates
- Passport — along with a notary-approved Turkish translation
- Bachelor's Diploma or Graduation Certificate — along with a notary-approved Turkish translation
- Bachelor's Official Transcript — along with a notary-approved Turkish translation
- Barcoded Foreign Language Exam Result Certificate

All documents obtained through online systems must be barcoded and verifiable, and issued within the last 15 days prior to the application date.

Prior to the interview, candidates must log into the portal using their registration credentials and print out their application documents using the “Print Application” option.
Approved application documents will display an official approval status. Only candidates with an approved application status will be admitted to the interview.
