2025-2026 Academic Year Autumn Semester Postgraduate Applications

Bandirma Onyedi Eylül University 2025-2026 Academic Year Postgraduate Education Institute Econometrics Thesis-Based Master's Programme applications have begun!

Our program has been restructured with updated course content for candidates who wish to specialise in areas such as economic data analysis and modelling, statistical methods, advanced forecasting techniques, and software applications.

For candidates aiming for an academic career: The program aims to provide theoretical depth and practical proficiency in areas such as advanced data analysis, advanced methods in econometric modelling, game theory, and simulation techniques. Additionally, through courses in coding and data analysis using statistical software such as Stata and R, students develop the capacity to conduct independent research. This foundation aims to provide a strong preparatory process for candidates who plan to pursue a doctoral degree after completing their master's degree.

For candidates aiming for a professional career: The program focuses on applied fields such as data science, economic and financial analysis, public policy evaluation, and decision support systems. This enables our students to specialise as professionals with high analytical skills, solution-orientated approaches, and technical competence in public institutions, research centres, the finance and banking sector, consulting firms, and data-focused private organisations.
