2025-2026 Fall Semester Internal Stakeholder Board Meeting
Our department held its 2025-2026 Fall Semester Internal Stakeholder Board Meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
The meeting was attended by faculty members Prof. Dr. Metehan Yılgör, Prof. Dr. Necla Tektaş, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Kızılgöl, Dr. Ayça Özekin, Dr. Derya Topdağ, Dr. Fulden Kömüryakan Kaygısız, and Dr. Hakan Öndes, as well as internal stakeholders Prof. Dr. Kemal Yıldız from the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Prof. Dr. Özgür Biyan from the Department of Finance, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Burcu İşgüden Kılıç from the Department of Business Administration, Nezahat Saçan from the Graduate School Student Affairs Office, student representatives Emin Mert Şengül and Azra Ataman, and Business and Economics Society member Halil Limon.
At the meeting, an update was provided on the current status of our department and work under the Quality Accreditation Program was reviewed. Furthermore, decisions made and actions taken at previous meetings were shared, and expectations for the upcoming semester, particularly regarding bilateral protocols for double major and minor programs, were conveyed.
The Econometrics Department would like to thank all our internal stakeholders who attended our meeting for their valuable contributions. We believe that our collaboration will significantly contribute to the academic development of our students and their preparation for professional life.
