2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester Horizontal Transfer Application Conditions

CLICK FOR ONLINE APPLICATION (It will become active on 01.08.2024.)

* Horizontal Transfer Applications to the Academic Units of our University   will be made online . (Applications made in person or by mail will not be accepted.)  Click for the Online Application Guide . 

* Registration of students who are eligible for Horizontal Transfer as a result of online application will be made in person at the Deanships / Directorates of our Relevant Unit Faculties and Vocational Schools.

* For final registrations, students will be asked to provide the originals of the documents they uploaded to the system during the application. Students who make false statements will not be registered and will be notified to the University where they are registered. The registrations of students who are found to have made false statements at a later date despite being registered will be deleted.

  (Applications will be made based on 60% of the candidates' overall grade point average and 40% of their ÖSYS/YKS score in the year they enrolled in higher education in the score type of the program.)

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR HORIZONTAL TRANSFER APPLICATION:

1. Online Application Form  (Applications will be made online. The student will be able to apply for only one program.)
2. Transcript: (Official document showing all the courses the applicant student will take from the institution he/she will leave and the grades he/she received from these courses)
3. Course Contents (With QR Code, Electronic Signature)
4. Student certificate
5. ÖSYS Result Document  (for candidates who will apply within the scope of Additional Article-1)
6. Document showing that they have not made a horizontal transfer within the scope of Additional Article-1  (for candidates who will apply within the scope of Additional Article-1)
7. Document proving that they have not received any disciplinary punishment  (For candidates who will apply based on their grade point average)
8. Document proving that they are among the 10% for students applying to formal education from evening education  (For candidates who will apply based on their grade point average)
