Announcement Regarding Our University's 2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Semester Associate and Undergraduate Course Registrations

Our students must register for courses   via  the Student Information System (OBS)  between 03 February 2025 10.00 - 09 February 2025 23.59 .

Students who have forgotten their Student Information System password or newly registered students can register for courses by resetting their passwords with the "Reset Password" button or by logging in with their e-government passwords.

Second education students, regular education students studying at a second university, students who could not graduate within the normal education period and foreign students  can deposit their tuition fees and contribution fees with their Student Numbers at Halkbank Branches or Halkbank Internet Branch/ATMs between 03 February 2025 10.00 - 09 February 2025 23.59   .

“All our students” are required to register for courses themselves in the Spring Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year   .

When choosing courses for the Spring Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year, you must look at the department's course schedules to make your selection.

After selecting the courses, our students  must finalize their course registrations by clicking the CHECK  button and then  the CONFIRM  button.

Course registrations without Advisor Approval are invalid.

Course registrations are the responsibility of the student.

Associate and undergraduate students who registered in the 2020-2021 Academic Year and later,  starting from the end of the second semester, with a GPA below 1.80 at the end of each semester   can register for   a maximum of  30 ECTS courses in the following semester. Associate and undergraduate students with a GPA of 1.80  or above at the end of each semester can register for a maximum of  45 ECTS  courses in the following semester.

Those who registered in the 2019-2020 Academic Year and in previous years , associate and undergraduate students whose GPA  is below 1.80  at the end of each semester starting from the end of the second semester can register for a maximum of  24 credits  in courses in the following semester. Associate and undergraduate students whose GPA  is 1.80  and above at the end of each semester can register for a maximum of 30 credits  in courses in the following semester  .

Students registered in 2016 and later  will not be able to select courses to increase their grades. Students who have successfully completed all their courses but could not graduate because their GPA  was below 2.00  can retake the courses they have successfully completed within the credit limits specified in the sixth paragraph of our University's Associate and Undergraduate Degree Regulations in order to increase their grades.

Undergraduate students who entered in 2016 and later,  who have taken and passed all their courses from the 5th semester until the current semester and  have a GPA of 3.00 and above,  can register for courses from the next grade level, within the credit-ECTS limits, with the approval of their advisors.

Undergraduate students registered in 2015 and before  can retake courses they have passed within the credit limits in order to raise their grades.

Students studying at the School of Foreign Languages; Second term students and regular education students studying at the second university can deposit their contribution and tuition fees  between 03 February 2025 10.00 - 09 February 2025 23.59  with their Student Number at Halk Bank Branches or Halk Bank Internet Branch / ATMs.

Our students who have a University Elective Course (USD) in their 3rd Grade Course Plans must take TWO COURSES throughout their education period, one in each of the 5th and 6th semesters.

When selecting the relevant course from the Student Information System (OBS) among university elective courses, 9 courses are listed in terms of system performance.   You can access all courses opened by clicking the  "List All Courses" button in the lower right corner of the Student Information System (OBS) course selection screen. Click for USD Selection Screen and USD Course List.
