Announcement regarding the procedures to be followed by our students who are students of our university and want to take courses from other universities during summer education.

 

1.  Completely filling out the attached summer school application form,

2 . Having the approved course content (with QR Code, Electronic Signature or seal and wet signature) of the University where the student wants to take the course be approved in writing by the Faculty Member/Staff teaching the relevant course at our University or the Head of the Department, stating "the courses are suitable",

3.  All documents must be submitted to the Student Affairs Unit of the Faculty/Vocational School where the student is registered before the start of Summer Education at the relevant University.

4 . Our students can take a maximum of  12 credits during the relevant summer education  .

5.  Our students can take courses in the course plan of the program they are registered in.

6.  In this context; They can take courses during Summer Education from Higher Education Institutions whose base scores are equal to or higher than the base scores of your entry year to our university.
