The study titled "Financial Development and Income Inequality in Newly Industrialized Countries: Does Financial Kuznets Curve Exists?" by Dr. Lecturer Hakan ÖNDES and Assoc. Prof. Özlem KIZILGÖL from the Department of Econometrics, published in the Journal of Knowledge Economy in 2024, was deemed worthy of the TÜBİTAK- International Scientific Publications Encouragement Award.
