The study titled "Glass ceiling, sticky floor, or both? Public and private sector differences in Turkey", co-authored by Dr. Ayça ÖZEKİN and Dr. Fulden KÖMÜRYAKAN KAYGISIZ, faculty members of the Department of Econometrics, and published in the Metroeconomica Journal in 2025, was deemed worthy of the TÜBİTAK-International Scientific Publications Encouragement Award.
