Science Cafe Event: Environmental and Climate Crisis Panel

 

Public Finance Department Students,

The Science Cafe Events, initiated by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) to bring science together with society and make the knowledge produced in universities understandable and accessible, are an important science communication platform aiming to establish direct interaction between scientists and society.

Within this scope, a panel titled "Environmental and Climate Crisis" will be organized within the framework of the Science Cafe Events, in collaboration with the Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Science Communication Office and the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Our Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Prof. Dr. Fatih Ayhan, and our Head of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Prof. Dr. Gökhan Orhan, will participate as speakers in the panel. The event will be moderated by Dr. Sinem Atay.

The panel discussion will be held on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar Conference Hall located in the Student Life Center of our university.

All students are invited.
