Dr. Oğuzhan YELKESEN Participates in a Ministry-Supported Project.

Dr. Lecturer Oğuzhan YELKESEN, a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Public Finance, has achieved significant academic success.

Our esteemed professor has begun working as an "Expert Researcher" on the nationally significant project "Research and Development of the Role of Civil Society Organizations in the Delivery of Public Services in Türkiye," a project carried out in partnership with respected institutions in our country, including the Ministry of the Interior, Hacettepe University, and the Hacettepe Scientific Association.
