New Position

Dr. Oğuzhan YELKESEN, a long-time research assistant on our staff, has been appointed assistant professor in the Department of Public Finance's Department of Public Finance Theory.

Dr. Oğuzhan YELKESEN received his bachelor's degree from the English-language Public Finance Program in the Department of Public Finance, Faculty of Political Sciences, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. He then completed his master's degree in the English-language Public Finance program at the same university. He subsequently completed his PhD in Public Finance at the Institute of Social Sciences at Hacettepe University, earning his Doctor of Public Finance degree. We congratulate him on his national and international work and his excellent command of English. We wish him continued success in his new role.
