At the "Honorary Doctorate Ceremony" held in honor of Dr. Hulusi Akar, the Chairman of the National Defense Committee of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, our Chief of General Staff of the Republic of Turkey (2015–2018), Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkey (2018–2023), and also a member of the 28th Term Kayseri Parliament, our esteemed Department Chair, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Niyazi Özker, expressed our gratitude for his visits along with the best wishes and regards from our department.
