We Held Our Fall Semester Meeting with Our External Stakeholders.

 

The "Fall Semester External Stakeholder Meeting" was held on October 16, 2025, with the aim of exchanging views and consultations with the Department of Finance's external stakeholders on improving the quality of education and training, organizing events and activities for our students, and equipping students with professional knowledge and skills.

The meeting, moderated by our Chairman, Prof. Dr. Özgür BİYAN, and our Vice Head, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selçuk Çağrı ESENER, was attended by Bandırma Tax Office Deputy Director Ahmet SEVİM; Balıkesir Revenue Office Accounting Specialist Fehim KAYALIK; Sworn CPA (Former Accountant) Okan Uçanok (Ministry of Treasury and Finance); Balıkesir SMMMO District Representative, CPA Yusuf CAN; CPA Adnan YENER; Finance Specialist/Banker Dr. Ozan AKMAN, Accountant/BOE Finance Graduate Furkan DURMAZ, and Intern CPA/Accountant Bahadır AYBAKAN attended the event. Our Public Finance Student Community Head, Berrin Zülal ERCAN, was also present.

Our external stakeholders made important observations and suggestions regarding our education and training activities and expressed their support for joint organization.
