LEIR Department Publishes Orientation Program Evaluation Survey Report

Following the orientation program organized by the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations (LEIR) at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University to support the adaptation of newly enrolled students to university and departmental life during the 2026–2027 academic year, an Orientation Program Evaluation Survey was conducted to gather students’ opinions and feedback.

The survey was conducted to assess students’ views of the orientation program, their level of satisfaction, and the contribution of the program to their adaptation to university and departmental life. The data obtained from the survey have been compiled and presented in an evaluation report.

The report presents students’ feedback on the information provided during the program, their overall assessment of the orientation program, and their levels of satisfaction. The feedback received from students indicates that the orientation program was generally evaluated positively and contributed to their adaptation to university and departmental life.

The feedback provided by students constitutes an important resource for improving the educational processes and student-oriented activities of the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations. Accordingly, the survey results will be taken into consideration in the development of future orientation programs and in ensuring that the needs of students are addressed more effectively.
