Program Educational Objectives

The educational objectives and goals that have been established in line with the program's mission are as follows:

 

EO1: To provide a high-quality education that equips students with theoretical and practical competencies in the disciplines of labor economics, industrial relations, social policy, labor law, social security law, sociology of work, psychology of work, and human resource management.

EO2: To offer a qualified education aimed at training experts and managers who are open to innovation, solution-oriented, and capable of adapting to changes in the world of work through a lifelong learning philosophy, in line with the needs of the labor market in both the public and private sectors.

EO3: To contribute to the development and dissemination of scientific knowledge on a national and international scale within the framework of the relevant academic disciplines.
