Program Educational Objectives
The educational objectives and goals that have been established in line with the program's mission are as follows:
EO1: Teaching relevant terms and concepts in light of the basic legislation related to working life.
EO2: Ensuring students understand the relationship of the discipline of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations with other disciplines, and acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge in its sub-disciplines, including labor economics, industrial relations, social policy, labor law, social security law, management and labor sociology, and human resources and management.
EO3: Ensuring graduates can comprehend the changes and transformations in working life in light of international economic, social, and political developments, express themselves easily in both domestic and international labor markets, and possess strong bargaining power.
EO4: Ensuring that graduates have the competence to analyze the problems in working life and are equipped to apply for positions in both the public and private sectors, as well as international organizations.
EO5: Training intellectual experts capable of developing policies to solve problems in various areas of working life.
