Our University Represented at the COP31 Mardin Ideathon

Research Assistant Muhammet Furkan KOCA from the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, and Rabia ÇİVAK, our student in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, were selected to participate in the COP31 Mardin Ideathon, representing our university.

The ideathon focused on addressing climate change, promoting sustainability, and encouraging youth participation in climate policy. It provided participants with an opportunity to develop innovative and practical solutions to contemporary environmental challenges.

The participation of our university’s academic staff and students in such initiatives brings together academic knowledge and youth perspectives, contributing to the university’s efforts in social responsibility, sustainable development, and climate action.
