Tuğba Bozkurt, whose dissertation titled "A Critical Approach to the Decent Work Perception of Young Workforce and Employers" was supervised by our Dean and Head of Department, Prof. Dr. Serap Palaz, has earned the distinction of being the first doctoral graduate from our Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations.
