Prof. Dr. Serap PALAZ ÇAKIR’s Visit to Bulgaria within the Scope of Internationalization Activities

Prof. Dr. Serap PALAZ ÇAKIR, a faculty member of the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, paid an academic visit to the University of Telecommunications and Post in Bulgaria within the framework of Erasmus+ Staff Mobility.

During the visit, opportunities for further cooperation between the two higher education institutions were discussed, and views were exchanged on educational activities, research fields, and internationalization strategies. Particular emphasis was placed on enhancing Erasmus+ student and staff mobility, promoting joint scientific studies, and developing future academic projects.

Throughout the visit, Prof. Dr. Serap PALAZ ÇAKIR met with academic and administrative representatives of the host institution and received information about its educational infrastructure, international activities, and research initiatives. Various academic meetings were also held to explore ways of strengthening the relationship and cooperation between the two institutions.

Contributing to the internationalization vision of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, this visit represented an important step toward fostering academic collaboration and increasing knowledge exchange with higher education institutions in different countries. Through activities carried out under the Erasmus+ Programme, our university continues to enhance its international visibility and strengthen its global academic networks.
