ÜNİDES SUCCESS FROM OUR DEPARTMENT

The results of the 3rd term applications for the 2024-2025 academic year of the Student Communities Cooperation and Support Program (ÜNİDES), which was initiated by the General Directorate of Youth Services of the Ministry of Youth and Sports to provide support to university student communities, have been announced. In the application period where a total of 1,945 projects from 81 provinces were evaluated, 8 innovative projects from our university's student communities were successful in receiving support. As a result of the evaluations, the Modern Aromatherapy and Beauty Community, one of the student communities of our Faculty, managed to have their project titled 'Plant Art Exhibition' included among the ideas supported by Ünides.

The "Aromatic Plants Themed Art Exhibition" project, prepared by the Modern Aromatherapy and Beauty Community under the guidance of Dr. Öğretim Üyesi (Assistant Professor) Merve Çiloğlu Yörübulut and chaired by Tuba Salvan, a student of the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, aims to enable students to express their connection with nature through art. This special exhibition aims to encourage students to think both artistically and ecologically by adopting a sustainable art approach.
