Together with the fourth-year students of the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, we carried out a technical visit to Adin Oto Donanım as part of the Occupational Health and Safety Practices course.

During this visit, organized within the framework of the course conducted by Prof. Dr. Serap Palaz, our students gained information about the company’s organizational structure and had the opportunity to observe how human resources processes operate within the sector. In addition, they received a comprehensive briefing on occupational health and safety practices, reinforcing their theoretical knowledge through practical observation.
