2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Horizontal Transfer Application Requirements

* Applications for Horizontal Transfer to our University's Academic Units will be submitted online. (Applications submitted in person or by mail will not be accepted.)

* Students who qualify for Horizontal Transfer through online applications will register in person at the University's Central Student Affairs Office for our Faculties and at the Vocational School Directorates for our Vocational Schools.

* For final registration, students will be asked to submit the original documents they uploaded to the system during application. Students who submit false statements will not be registered and will be reported to the university where they are registered. Students who are registered but are later found to have submitted false statements will have their registrations deleted.

(Applications will be made based on 60% of the candidates' general grade point average and 40% of the ÖSYS/YKS score in the year of registration for higher education in the program's score type.)

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR HORIZONTAL TRANSFER APPLICATION:

  1. Online Application Form (Applications must be submitted online. Students may only apply to one program.)
  2. Transcript: (Official document showing all courses taken and grades received from the institution the applicant will leave)
  3. Course Descriptions (QR Code, Electronic Signature)
  4. Student Certificate
  5. ÖSYS Result Document (For applicants applying under Additional Article 1)
  6. Document proving that the applicant did not transfer under Additional Article 1 (For applicants applying under Additional Article 1)
  7. Document proving that the applicant has not received any disciplinary action (For applicants applying based on their GPA)
  8. Document proving that the applicant is in the top 10% of the university from evening education (For applicants applying based on their GPA)
