STUDENTS WHO WILL REGISTER THROUGH E-GOVERNMENT

Students who will register to our University as a result of the 2025 Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) Placement can complete their final registration with their e-Government passwords between September 11-15, 2025 (11:59 PM). (Except for students who are eligible to register for the Maritime Faculty's Marine Engineering Program) or by applying to the Central Student Affairs unit during business hours between September 11-17, 2025, they can complete their final registration. If the candidate is not currently studying or has not graduated at the time of applying to ÖSYM, they will not be able to register electronically. They must register in person by applying to the Central Student Affairs unit during business hours between September 11-17, 2025.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

After completing the registration process, students must submit their transcripts and course content for their associate degree program to the Dean of the Faculty within two weeks of their registration date. Exemption requests submitted after the 2025 DGS exam will not be accepted.

Students placed in the Maritime Faculty Marine Engineering Program as a result of the 2025 DGS exam must:

a. Meet the legal requirements of the Seafarers and Pilots Regulation and the Seafarers and Pilots Training and Examination Directive, as well as the Registration Admission and Health Requirements at Educational Institutions.

b. Have their "Seafarers Eligible Health Report," obtained in accordance with the procedures and principles set forth in the Seafarers Health Directive published by the General Directorate of Health for Borders and Coasts, approved by the Health Inspection Center, and obtain a Seafarers Health Examination Certificate.

Registered students must apply for course exemptions by contacting the Faculty they are enrolled in. Students who are required to pay tuition fees can do so between September 15 and 21, 2025, at any Halkbank branch, Halkbank Internet Banking, or Halkbank ATM using their student ID number.

Newly enrolled students must log in to the University Information Management System and register for courses between September 15 and 21, 2025. (Their usernames and passwords will be sent to their registered mobile phones after registration.) You can also log in using your e-Government password.
