Announcement Regarding Associate and Undergraduate Course Registrations for the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year at Our University
Students must register for courses through the University Information Management System (UBYS) between 10:00 AM on September 15, 2025, and 11:59 PM on September 21, 2025.
Newly enrolled students can register for courses by logging into the University Information Management System (UBYS) using their e-government passwords or the passwords sent to them via SMS.
Second-year students, regular students currently enrolled in a second university program, students who did not graduate within the regular academic year, and international students can deposit their tuition and contribution fees using their student numbers at Halkbank branches or Halkbank Internet Branches/ATMs between September 15, 2025, and 11:59 PM on September 21, 2025.

"All our students" are required to register for their own courses during the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
When selecting courses for the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year, you must look at the department's course schedules to make your selection.
Course registrations without advisor approval are invalid.
Course registrations are the responsibility of the student.
Those who registered in the 2020-2021 academic year or later, Starting at the end of the second semester, associate and undergraduate students with a GPA below 1.80 at the end of each semester may register for courses worth a maximum of 30 ECTS credits in the following semester. Associate and undergraduate students with a GPA of 1.80 or above at the end of each semester may register for courses worth a maximum of 45 ECTS credits in the following semester.
Those who registered in the 2019-2020 Academic Year and previous years, Starting at the end of the second semester, associate and undergraduate students with a GPA below 1.80 at the end of each semester may register for a maximum of 24 credits of courses in the following semester. Associate and undergraduate students with a GPA of 1.80 or above at the end of each semester may register for a maximum of 30 credits of courses in the following semester.
Students enrolled in 2016 and later will not be able to select courses to improve their grades. Students who successfully completed all their courses but were unable to graduate due to a GPA below 2.00 may retake courses they have already completed to improve their grades, within the credit limits specified in the sixth paragraph of our University's Associate and Undergraduate Degree Regulations.
Undergraduate students enrolled in 2016 and later who have a GPA of 3.00 or higher, provided they have successfully completed all courses from the 5th semester up to the current semester, may register for courses from the next higher class, with the approval of their advisors, within the credit-account limits.
Undergraduate students enrolled in 2015 or before may retake courses they have successfully completed within the credit limits to improve their grades.
Second-year students studying at the School of Foreign Languages, regular-term students pursuing a second university degree, and students who were unable to complete the preparatory class within the regular academic year can pay their tuition fees and contributions between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM on September 21, 2025, using their student ID number, at Halkbank branches or Halkbank Internet Banking/ATMs.
Students whose third-year course plans include a University Elective (USD) course must take TWO COURSES during their academic year, one in each of the 5th and 6th semesters.
