Students who will be enrolling at our University based on the 2025 DGS Supplemental Placement results can find detailed information about the registration process below.

STUDENTS REGISTERING VIA E-GOVERNMENT

Students who will be enrolling at our University as a result of the 2025 Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) Supplemental Placement can complete their final registration via e-government between October 22-23, 2025.

STUDENTS REGISTERING IN-PERSON

If candidates are not currently studying or have graduated at the time of applying to ÖSYM, they will not be able to register electronically. They must register in person by contacting the Central Student Affairs Office during business hours between October 22-30, 2025.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

After completing the registration process, students must submit their transcripts and course descriptions for their associate degree program to the Dean of the Faculty within two weeks of registration. Exemption requests submitted later will not be accepted.

TUITION FEES

Students who are required to pay tuition fees can do so between October 22-30, 2025, at any Halkbank branch, through Halkbank Internet Banking, or through Halkbank ATMs using their student numbers.

Newly enrolled students must log in to the University Information Management System (UBYS) and register for their courses between October 22-30, 2025. Usernames and passwords will be sent to their registered mobile phones after registration. (You can also log in using your e-Government password.)
