The Economics Department aims to provide students with the necessary foundational knowledge and skills to analyze consumer and producer behaviors and understand macroeconomic phenomena. Additionally, it seeks to enhance students' ability to address complex problems and generate innovative solutions from diverse perspectives.

In line with these objectives, we strive to equip our graduates for successful and competitive careers on a global scale. Our goals include creating an environment where students can understand and analyze global economic dynamics, fostering independent thinking and critical analysis through comprehensive education, imparting economic analysis and modeling skills to enable effective decision-making, and providing opportunities for in-depth research and knowledge creation through graduate programs.
