Our Graduation Ceremony is Completed

Our university's 2023-2024 Academic Year graduation ceremonies were held with great enthusiasm. Our graduating students had the pleasure of sharing the joy of their diplomas with their families and loved ones. At the graduation ceremony held at BANU Sports Valley Indoor Sports Hall, our students celebrated their success after a long training marathon, together with their precious families and academic/administrative staff. At the end of the graduation ceremonies, we bid farewell to our young people, the hope of our country and the shining stars of our future, to their new lives.

Bandırma District Governor Engin Aksakal, Balıkesir Deputy Ali Taylan Öztaylan, Garrison Deputy Commander Air Infantry Major Serkant Karaman, Bandırma Mayor Dursun Mirza, and our Rector Prof. attended the graduation ceremony. Dr. İsmail Boz, our Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Serel, Prof. Dr. Feyzullah Temurtaş and Prof. Dr. Ebru Kaya Mutlu, our academic/administrative administrators and staff, district protocol, representatives of political parties and non-governmental organizations, members of the press, our students and their precious relatives attended. At the ceremony, which started with a moment of silence and the reading of our National Anthem, our Rector Prof. Dr. The opening speech and protocol speeches of our graduation ceremony were made by İsmail Boz. Following the protocol speeches, our student Jawahir Aitemran, who graduated from our University and Faculty at the top of the class in the 2023-2024 Academic Year, made a speech on behalf of our graduating students. Then, a ceremony was held where our students who graduated from our faculties with the first place were nailing plaques to the logbook on behalf of all graduates. Afterwards, certificates of achievement were presented to our highest ranking students and graduation certificates were presented to all our graduating students. The cap throwing ceremony started with the great excitement and enthusiasm of our graduate students and their valuable relatives who took their place at the ceremony. At that moment when the excitement reached its peak with the start of the countdown, our graduating students threw their caps in the air and experienced the joy of graduation to the fullest.

At the end of the graduation ceremonies, our students recorded these turning point moments in their lives by taking many souvenir photographs with their teachers, friends and families at beautiful points of the sports valley and campus.

We congratulate our dear graduate students who have successfully completed their departments and programs and will start their professional lives, and we hope that everything goes well.
