Management and Organization

Management and Organization Department has adopted the principle of raising well-equipped human resources with professional knowledge that can analyze and interpret problems and needs within the public and private sector system, and produce concrete solutions related to problems. The Department offers training opportunities in the fields of organizational theory, organizational behavior, human resources management, strategic management and innovation, and entrepreneurship. Along with undergraduate courses in partnership with the Department of Management and Organization and other departments, courses are also offered in masters and doctoral programs with and without thesis under the head of the department of business administration.
