The "Farabi Exchange Program," officially known as the “Student and Academic Staff Exchange Program Between Higher Education Institutions,” involves the exchange of students and academic staff between higher education institutions conducting education at associate degree, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels within universities and high technology institutes.

The Mevlana Exchange Program is a program that enables student and academic staff exchange between domestic higher education institutions and higher education institutions abroad. Distinct from other exchange programs, the Mevlana Exchange Program covers all higher education institutions worldwide without any geographical region discrimination.
