Our Department Seminars Continue

At the department seminar we held on March 12, 2026, our Ph.D. student Yadigar Nagiyev presented his paper titled “The Transformation of Azerbaijan-Armenia Relations and the Fragile Balance Following the Second Karabakh War: A Realist Analysis of the Balance of Power.” On behalf of the SBKY Department, we would like to thank him for this valuable contribution and the participants for fostering a lively discussion through their questions.
