In the seminar organized by our Department of Business Administration, with Cem Aslan, President of the South Marmara Technology and Innovation Association, as the speaker, the processes of starting a business and career planning in the age of artificial intelligence were discussed comprehensively based on field experiences. During the event, where the differences between theory and practice in the entrepreneurial journey from idea to implementation were evaluated, Mr. Aslan shared important insights on current dynamics in the labor market, challenges encountered in job search processes, and the expectations of organizations.

The identification of real problems, how these problems can be solved through technology, and the process of transforming them into sustainable business models were explained to the participants. In addition, emphasis was placed on the reliability of artificial intelligence technologies and the indispensable role of the human factor in this process. In the career planning section of the event, corporate structures and entrepreneurial perspectives were compared, and valuable experiences were shared regarding initial customer acquisition and strategies at the early stages.
