Disability-Free Colorful Dreams Event

Our director and department chair, Prof. Dr. Aybeniz Akdeniz Ar, attended the “Engelsiz Renkli Düşler” (Disability-Free Colorful Dreams) event organized by the “Engelime Renk Ver” (Give Color to My Disability) Association. At the event, songs, poems, and folk songs were performed with young people, and the aim was to create empathy for the difficulties faced by the families of different individuals. The importance of equal opportunities in education was emphasized. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the association president Nercü Çalışkan and her husband Recep Çalışkan, as well as the entire association management, for their efforts in embracing young people with special needs, raising awareness, and facilitating their social integration. We wish them continued success in their endeavors.
