A conference titled “The Publication Process in High-Level (SSCI) Journals and Producing Quality Publications” was organized under the coordination of the Department of Business Administration and the Department of International Relations within our Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

The program, held at the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Conference Hall, was attended by the Dean of our Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Prof. Dr. Fatih Ayhan, the Dean of our Faculty of Communication, Prof. Dr. Hatice Aydın, along with our academic and administrative staff and students.

The program began with a moment of silence and the Turkish National Anthem, followed by a speech delivered by Prof. Dr. Erdoğan Koç, faculty member of the Department of Business Administration at Bahçeşehir University, as the guest speaker. Within the scope of the conference, Prof. Dr. Erdoğan Koç delivered a comprehensive presentation on the stages of publishing in SSCI-indexed journals, the management of peer-review processes, and the importance of ethical principles. Emphasizing that honesty and avoiding plagiarism are indispensable requirements in academic studies, Koç stated that sincerity and discipline constitute the foundation of success.

Following the question-and-answer session, during which the questions of participating academics and students were answered, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Prof. Dr. Erdoğan Koç by the Head of the Department of Business Administration, Prof. Dr. Aybeniz Akdeniz Ar, in recognition of his valuable contributions and sharing of knowledge. The program concluded with a group photograph taken to commemorate the day.
