Course Registration (September 15 – September 21, 2025)
Students are required to complete their course registrations via the University Information Management System (UBYS) between September 15, 2025, 10:00 – September 21, 2025, 23:59.
Newly enrolled students can log in to UBYS using their “E-Government passwords” or the passwords sent to them via SMS to complete their registrations.
Evening education students, students enrolled in a second university program, students who could not graduate within the normal study period, and international students must pay their tuition and contribution fees between September 15, 2025, 00:00 – September 21, 2025, 23:59 using their student numbers via Halkbank branches or Halkbank Internet Banking / ATMs.
All students must complete their own course registrations for the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
When selecting courses, students must refer to their department’s course schedules. Registrations without advisor approval will be invalid. Course registration is the student’s responsibility.

Grade improvement rules:
Taking courses from upper classes: Undergraduate students enrolled in 2016 and after, who have successfully completed all courses up to the 5th semester and have a GPA of 3.00 or above, may register for courses from higher classes within credit/ECTS limits with advisor approval.
School of Foreign Languages students: Evening education students, second university students, and those who could not complete the preparatory class within the normal study period must pay their tuition and contribution fees between September 15, 2025, 00:00 – September 21, 2025, 23:59 using their student numbers via Halkbank branches or Halkbank Internet Banking / ATMs.
University Elective Courses (USD): Students whose 3rd-year curriculum includes University Elective Courses are required to take two courses in total—one in the 5th semester and one in the 6th semester—throughout their studies.
