• Underground transfer applications to our university's academic units will be conducted online. (In-person or mail applications will not be accepted.)
• Following the online application, registration for students entitled to transfer will be carried out in person at our university's central student affairs offices for faculties and at the vocational school directorates for vocational schools.
• During final registration, students will be required to submit the originals of the documents uploaded to the system; applications with false statements will be rejected and reported to their registered university.
