Important: Applications for Fall Semester graduate programs will begin on 24 July 2026 at 17:00 and will end on 24 August 2026 at 23:59.
  1. Fall Semester quota interviews will be held between 25-27 August 2026. Candidates applying to Master's Programs with Thesis and Doctoral Programs are required to attend the interviews.

    Evaluation results will be announced after 17:00 on 28 August 2026. Final registration procedures will be carried out between 31 August-4 September 2026.

  2. Candidates must complete their application procedures and save their applications. Once an application has been saved, it will be submitted to the system.

    Applications saved in the system will be reviewed by the relevant Departments. Applications will be approved if no errors or missing information are identified. Saving an application in the system does not mean that the application has been approved.

  3. If an error or missing information is identified during the application review process, the application will be rejected and the candidate will be notified by e-mail.

    During this process, it is extremely important for candidates to check their e-mail accounts regularly, including their spam and junk folders.

    Candidates whose applications have been rejected may update their applications within the application period by following the warnings provided in the e-mail notification.

  4. Candidates whose applications have been approved will receive an e-mail notification regarding the interview examination. Candidates must check their e-mail accounts regularly during this process.

  5. The documents listed below must be uploaded to the system completely during the application process. Applications completed with missing documents will not be accepted.

A – Required Documents for Master's Degree Applications

For Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye

  • Identity document — in PDF format showing both the front and back sides
  • Undergraduate graduation certificate obtained through the e-Government system
  • Undergraduate transcript obtained through the e-Government system
  • Criminal record certificate obtained through the e-Government system
  • Military status certificate for male candidates, obtained through the e-Government system or the relevant military authority
  • ALES result certificate obtained through ÖSYM
  • Foreign language examination result certificate, if available
ALES and foreign language examination result certificates are not mandatory for applications to Non-Thesis Master's Programs.

For International Candidates

  • Passport document — together with a notarized Turkish translation
  • Undergraduate diploma or graduation certificate — together with a notarized Turkish translation
  • Transcript — together with a notarized Turkish translation

B – Required Documents for Doctoral Applications

For Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye

  • Identity document — in PDF format showing both the front and back sides
  • Undergraduate graduation certificate obtained through the e-Government system
  • Master's degree graduation certificate obtained through the e-Government system
  • Undergraduate transcript obtained through the e-Government system
  • Master's degree transcript obtained through the e-Government system
  • Criminal record certificate obtained through the e-Government system
  • Military status certificate for male candidates, obtained through the e-Government system or the relevant military authority
  • ALES result certificate obtained through ÖSYM
  • Foreign language examination result certificate with a barcode

For International Candidates

  • Passport document — together with a notarized Turkish translation
  • Undergraduate diploma or graduation certificate — together with a notarized Turkish translation
  • Master's degree diploma or graduation certificate — together with a notarized Turkish translation
  • Undergraduate transcript — together with a notarized Turkish translation
  • Master's degree transcript — together with a notarized Turkish translation
  • Foreign language examination result certificate with a barcode

All documents obtained through online systems must contain a barcode, be verifiable and have been issued within the last 15 days before the application date.

Before the interview, candidates must log in to the application system using the information they used during registration and print their application documents by selecting the “Print Application” option.

The documents of candidates whose applications have been approved will include a statement confirming the approval of the application. Only candidates whose applications have been approved may attend the interview.
