Important Visit to Banvit by Our Department

Our University Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Boz and Associate Professor Armağan Türk, along with a group of faculty members, visited Banvit to discuss university-industry cooperation and provide internship opportunities for students.

Our university made an important visit to Banvit facilities with the aim of strengthening cooperation with the industry and providing internship opportunities for our students. The visit included our Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Boz and Associate Professor Armağan Türk from our department.

The primary goal of this visit was to enhance university-industry cooperation and develop internship and job opportunities that will provide practical experience for our students. During the meetings with Banvit officials, opportunities for our students to intern in various departments of the company were discussed, highlighting the mutual benefits of this cooperation.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Boz emphasized the importance our university places on industry collaborations to enhance the quality of education and support the careers of our students. Associate Professor Armağan Türk noted that such collaborations contribute to the professional development of students and help them become more competent individuals in the business world.

Banvit officials expressed great satisfaction with this cooperation with our university, stating that, in addition to providing internship and project opportunities for our students, they also plan to participate in joint research projects. They also expressed their willingness to organize career days and seminars for our university students to share their industry knowledge and experiences.

Following the visit, it was decided to hold regular cooperation meetings between our university and Banvit and to implement joint projects. In this context, new internship programs will be announced for our students, and more events on cooperation topics are planned.
