The Department of Management and Organization investigates the problems within the public and private sector systems and It has adopted the principle of training well-equipped human resources with professional knowledge who can analyze and interpret needs and produce concrete solutions to problems.

           The Department offers educational opportunities in the fields of organization theory, organizational behavior, human resources management, strategic management and innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition to undergraduate courses within the Department of Management and Organization and other departments, courses are also given in master's and doctoral programs with and without thesis under the chairmanship of the Department of Business Administration.
