VOLUNTARY INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

As the Department of Business Administration, we are aware that theoretical knowledge alone is not sufficient; practical experiences play a decisive role in the professional development of students. Accordingly, by supporting the voluntary internship practice, we aim to create an infrastructure that will enable our students to meet the business world at an early stage and specialize in their fields. Our department encourages and supports all opportunities that will contribute to both the personal and professional development of students. Furthermore, the voluntary internship program is directly aligned with the Educational Objectives and Program Outcomes of the Department of Business Administration, providing significant contributions to these goals.

The Department of Business Administration carries out its voluntary internship activities within the scope of the National Internship Program, which is conducted in cooperation with the Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Career Development Application and Research Center (BANÜ-KAGEM) and the Presidency Human Resources Office. Our department's Alumni Relations Committee and BANÜ-KAGEM provide guidance to enable students to benefit from this program more effectively and continue their efforts to increase the diversity of institutions where internships can be pursued.

Application Requirements

• Being a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye

• Being an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree student

• Having completed at least the first year of study

• Having an active student status at the time of application

• Having a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.00/4.00 for associate/bachelor's degrees and 2.50/4.00 for graduate degrees

• Filling out the Career Gate (Kariyer Kapısı) profile completely

• Having accurate and up-to-date education information in the system

• Having no condition that prevents participating in an internship
