The Division of Management and Organization has adopted the principle of training well-equipped human resources who possess the professional knowledge to analyze and interpret the problems and needs within the public and private sector systems, and to generate concrete solutions to these problems. The Division offers educational opportunities in the fields of organization theory, organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, and innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition to the undergraduate courses offered jointly by the Division of Management and Organization and other divisions, courses are also provided in master's (with and without thesis) and doctoral programs under the Department of Business Administration. |
