The Division of Organizational Behavior conducts studies on defining the fundamental concepts related to organizational behavior, interpreting employee behavior within the organization, analyzing the effects of organizational structures in working life on individual and group behavior, and presenting perspectives on the subject.

Within the Division, education is provided on topics such as fundamental challenges for organizational behavior, the development of organizational behavior, relations with other scientific disciplines, changes in information and communication technologies, changing work and employee relations, changes in the social and cultural environment, the development of the global environment, motivation and job satisfaction, perception, diversity management, learning and creativity, conflict and resolution methods, stress and coping mechanisms, individual differences, personality and ability, values and attitudes, moods and emotions, organizational design and structure, organizational culture and ethical behavior, organizational change and development, the nature of work groups and teams, leadership, power, politics, negotiation, effective communication and decision-making in organizations, and organizational learning.
