Convening under the chairmanship of the Head of Department, the board evaluates and resolves matters such as educational and instructional activities, course plans, curriculum updates, research studies, student processes, academic assignments, and quality improvement activities. Through meetings held at regular intervals, the current needs of the department are analyzed, and suggestions for improvement are developed. The implementation of the decisions taken is monitored and the outcomes are re-evaluated in subsequent meetings, thereby contributing to the institutional structure of the department in line with the principle of continuous improvement.
