The educational objectives of the Business Administration Undergraduate Program have been shaped in line with the career goals and professional expectations of our graduates; they were established by comprehensively analyzing the employment opportunities of the department's graduates. In this process, the general mission of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, the fundamental approach of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and the academic vision of the Department of Business Administration were taken into consideration; furthermore, the opinions and suggestions of the department's internal and external stakeholders were consulted.

Within this framework, in accordance with the decision taken by the Department of Business Administration Board, the program educational objectives (PEOs) have been updated and shared with the public via the department's official website. In order to ensure the continuity and currency of the educational objectives, through internal and external stakeholder meetings held regularly every semester; the needs of our active students and graduates are analyzed, and sector expectations, developments in the labor market, and academic and professional standards are closely monitored. Thus, it is aimed to maintain the educational objectives of the Business Administration Undergraduate Program in a dynamic, up-to-date, and effective structure.

Program Educational Objectives of the Department of Business Administration

• PEO 1: To raise individuals who are participatory, open to diverse perspectives (pluralistic), capable of critical and analytical thinking, and problem-solving oriented in business life.

• PEO 2: To raise individuals who are entrepreneurial, equipped with sectoral skills, innovative, and capable of taking an active role in the business world.

• PEO 3: To raise individuals who adhere to universal values, are sensitive to ethical principles, possess social responsibility, and have a highly developed awareness of sustainability.

• PEO 4: To raise individuals who have the competence to access and evaluate information in the field of business, who can approach the problems they encounter in business life with scientific thinking, and who adopt lifelong learning.

• PEO 5: To provide the ability to effectively use digital and new technologies in business processes.
