The Student Exchange Committee is an important committee that operates to ensure students can make the most effective use of national and international academic mobility opportunities. The committee plans and coordinates the application, placement, course matching, learning agreement, recognition, and adaptation processes of outgoing and incoming students within the scope of exchange programs such as Erasmus+, Farabi, Mevlana, and similar initiatives. It also carries out the duties of informing students about exchange programs, supporting their academic integration, and providing the necessary guidance throughout the process. Contributing to the development of collaborations with domestic and international universities, the committee makes a significant contribution to the internationalization vision of the department through document management, reporting, and quality-oriented improvement activities.
