Dear Students, Scholars, and Future Leaders,

Welcome to the Department of Business Administration family at the Institute of Graduate Studies, Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University!

We are delighted to have you with us on this journey you have embarked upon, whether to climb the academic career ladder or to gain a profound vision that will make a difference in the business world.

The programs within our Department have been meticulously structured to offer the most suitable and dynamic areas of specialization for your career goals:

• Ph.D. Programs (Ph.D. in Business Administration and Ph.D. in Marketing): We stand by our scholar candidates who aim to take their academic depth to the highest level, become researchers who offer original contributions to the literature, and expand the boundaries of science.

• Master's Programs with Thesis (Business Administration, Marketing Management, Accounting and Finance, Leadership and Global Entrepreneurship): We provide a strong academic foundation for professionals who want to specialize by combining a theoretical background with a robust research methodology and aim to shape the industry through scientific projects.

• Non-Thesis Master's Programs (Business Administration, Leadership and Global Entrepreneurship): We are the greatest supporters of our professionals who wish to elevate their managerial skills to global standards amidst the active pace of business life, consolidate their leadership vision, and make a leap in their careers through practical applications.

Our goal is to raise you as decision-makers and leaders capable of producing analytical, innovative, and ethical solutions to the complex problems of not only today but also the dynamic global world of the future. Our expert, young, and dynamic academic staff will both guide your intellectual journey and support your original ideas throughout your education and research process.

Every research project you conduct, every case you discuss, and all the new knowledge you produce under this roof will both add value to your personal career and contribute to the socio-economic development of our country.
